My statements are showing a $1 fee each month. How can I remove that?

To avoid being charged a monthly $1.00 paper statement fee, please ensure to register for online banking and eStatements by following these instructions.

  1. Visit our website.
  2. Click on the Online Banking tab located at the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on Enroll.
  4. Once enrolled click on Self Service.
  5. Then click on eStatements.
  6. Click I Agree.
  7. Click Register.
  8. Complete Contact Information.
  9. Choose Notification Option.
  10. Read and agree to the terms outlined.
  11. Your registration is now complete.

You can download the TouchBanking app for iPhone or Android. The APP Code is mobilesffcu.

Please ensure you log into your Online Banking account at least once a month. Otherwise, your account will be deactivated and you will lose your eStatement access.

You can make a difference!

The Lauren's Kids "Love & Healing" specialty license plate is available for purchase now or the next time you renew your license plate.

This license plate is a symbol of hope and healing for the 42 million survivors of child sexual abuse in the US and proceeds go toward Lauren's Kids education and prevention efforts. You can make a difference by helping to protect Florida's children and make a real positive impact on lives in your community and our state. Happy New Year!

And, just like that, another year has passed and 2019 has arrived! It amazes me how quickly time flies, only confirming the statement – the days are long, but the years are short.

For over 70 years, SFFCU has continued to put its members first, strongly adhering to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” Choosing to invest in our members and working to help them reach their financial goals has been our greatest endeavor. Rest assured, our members' needs will always hold top priority, not just in this New Year, but in future years to come.

In 2019, we will continue to grow and serve our members with unmatched professionalism and respect. In our ongoing quest to keep our members up to date on all things SFFCU, we will be bringing back our newsletters and introducing a digital version! Stay tuned for our quarterly publications, as we will be promoting some exciting specials on our products and services!
